Delete your Kai's Catch account

You can delete your account and all data we keep on our servers at any time.

In the game (fastest)

• Open Kai's Catch
• Tap Settings, then Account
• Tap Delete account and confirm

This removes your account, cloud save, gems, owned items and invite codes right away. Purchase records may be kept as long as the law requires.

By email

If you can no longer open the game, email supportkrmstudio@gmail.com from the address linked to your account (or include your player code from the Invite screen) with the subject "Delete my account". We delete the data within 30 days and confirm by email.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a Captain's Club subscription. Cancel it in Google Play: Account, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions.
