The game

Kai's Catch is free to play. Coins, gems, outfits and other items are virtual: they have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money.

Purchases are made through Google Play and follow Google Play's refund rules.
Gems are delivered to your account after Google Play confirms the payment.
Everything in the game can be earned by playing; purchases only save time or change looks.

Monthly or yearly, renewing automatically until you cancel.
The yearly plan may include a free trial for new subscribers. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the first payment is charged.
Cancel anytime in Google Play, Subscriptions. Benefits last until the end of the paid period.

Do not cheat, hack, or exploit bugs. We may reset progress or leaderboard scores obtained unfairly.

Keep your sign-in details safe. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

We may update the game and these terms. We will show important changes in the game.
