Suspect Files is a detective game by KRM Studio · supportkrmstudio@gmail.com
Option 1: delete it in the game
- Open Suspect Files and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings.
- Under Account, tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account and online data are deleted immediately, and the progress on that device is reset.
Option 2: ask us by email
If you can’t open the game, send an email from the address you registered with. Use the subject “Delete my Suspect Files account”.
We may reply to confirm that the request comes from the account owner. We complete requests within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account: email address and sign-in details.
- Your online profile: display name, avatar, coins, experience points, stars, streak and VIP status.
- Your case completion records and your place on leaderboards.
- Your invite code and invite records.
What is kept
- Nothing that identifies you is kept in our database. Residual copies in our providers’ backups are removed within 30 days.
- Purchase records are held by Google Play under your Google account; we cannot delete those. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription: cancel it in Google Play → Subscriptions.
- Data collected by Google AdMob for advertising is controlled by Google. You can reset your advertising ID in Android Settings → Google → Ads.
Playing as a guest
If you never created an account, your progress exists only on your phone. Delete it with Settings → Reset progress, or by uninstalling the game.
Delete some data without deleting the account
To erase your progress but keep your account, use Settings → Reset progress. For any other request, such as removing your name from leaderboards, email us.
الطريقة الأولى: الحذف من داخل اللعبة
- افتح Suspect Files وسجّل الدخول.
- اذهب إلى الملف الشخصي ← الإعدادات.
- في قسم الحساب اضغط حذف الحساب ثم أكّد.
يُحذف حسابك وبياناتك على الإنترنت فوراً، ويُعاد ضبط التقدّم على ذلك الجهاز.
الطريقة الثانية: اطلب الحذف بالبريد
إذا لم تستطع فتح اللعبة، أرسل بريداً من العنوان الذي سجّلت به بعنوان «Delete my Suspect Files account».
قد نرد عليك للتأكد من أن الطلب من صاحب الحساب. ننفّذ الطلبات خلال 30 يوماً.
ما الذي يُحذف
- حسابك: البريد الإلكتروني وبيانات تسجيل الدخول.
- ملفك على الإنترنت: الاسم المعروض والصورة الرمزية والعملات ونقاط الخبرة والنجوم والسلسلة وحالة VIP.
- سجلات إكمال القضايا ومكانك في لوحات المتصدرين.
- رمز الدعوة وسجلات الدعوات.
ما الذي يبقى
- لا يبقى في قاعدة بياناتنا أي شيء يعرّف بك. تُزال النسخ المتبقية في النسخ الاحتياطية لدى مزوّدينا خلال 30 يوماً.
- سجلات الشراء يحتفظ بها Google Play ضمن حسابك في جوجل ولا نستطيع حذفها. حذف الحساب لا يلغي الاشتراك؛ يُلغى من Google Play ← الاشتراكات.
- البيانات التي يجمعها Google AdMob للإعلانات تتحكم بها جوجل. يمكنك إعادة تعيين معرّف الإعلانات من إعدادات أندرويد ← Google ← الإعلانات.
اللعب كضيف
إذا لم تنشئ حساباً فتقدّمك موجود على هاتفك فقط. احذفه من الإعدادات ← إعادة ضبط التقدّم أو بإزالة اللعبة.
حذف بعض البيانات دون حذف الحساب
لمسح تقدّمك مع إبقاء الحساب استخدم الإعدادات ← إعادة ضبط التقدّم. لأي طلب آخر، مثل إزالة اسمك من لوحات المتصدرين، راسلنا.
